Frequently Asked Questions

What time should I arrive for my appointment?

Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time, so that you have enough time to relax and cool down before your treatment. This will ensure you have a full, non-rushed session.

What should I wear?

For your first visit to our Full Spectrum Sauna, we provide you with a simple cotton robe, which is proper sauna attire. You can take this garment home, in our little bag, and bring it again for your next therapy session. If you have similar attire of your own you wish to bring, that’s fine with us.

Sauna Temperature

Our 3-In-1 Full Spectrum Sauna is not your traditional Sauna which heats the air you're breathing -- many people can’t tolerate such saunas for long..

Our infrared sauna heats the body directly, which is a far more tolerable way to experience the heat.

Our clients like to choose between pain healing sessions, weight loss or total full detoxification to maximize their healing. Each of these sessions features different temperatures. Speak to one of our specialists for more information.

Do you provide water?

We provide alkaline water, for free, for all our clients. For maximum healing, please hydrate before, during and after your sauna session.

Can I use body oils in the sauna?

Please refrain from using any body oils in the sauna, because you need the Spectrums healing heat to apply to your clean skin directly.

What do I do after my infrared sauna session?

After your session, it's important to relax, cool down, and hydrate with a towel wrapped around you. We provide eucalyptus towels for all of our clients.
