At Georgetown Sun Cryo, our Full Spectrum Thera Sauna offers our clients treatments at different levels: near, middle, and far. These levels refer to the varying sizes of infrared wavelengths with varied intensity, designed to target specific health benefits. Far infrared waves run between 6 to 14 microns, which is scientifically proven to stimulate the body's regenerative process.

If you're new to infrared saunas, we recommend starting out with 30-minute sessions at 140 to 160 degrees Fahrenheit, and slowly working your way up to 40 minutes. For best results, we recommend clients undergo two to

three infrared sauna sessions weekly.
